Wind is the perceptible natural movement of the air. Strong, heavy winds can be irritating for us all, but slight, pleasant breezes can feel like a breath of fresh air, awaken our senses and make us feel happy. After the COVID-19 pandemic, coming back into the office for many should be like a breath of fresh air, and not a stressful experience. This speculative hybrid office design in downtown Rochester will emulate the experience of a slight breeze through the use of natural light, providing a sense of flow, and also through the use of cool, light colors to make people feel relaxed and at ease throughout the space.
